America Part 2

I recently posted about America and other countries and I got to thinking maybe my point wasn't totally explained. I think that if another country ask America for aide we should help but I do not think we should just handle it like its our business. There isn't much the common person can do for another country than donate and pray. However, that does help to a point. I don't want to sound contradicting in what I say. My main point is if help is asked for we should give it however we can but if we need help here we should handle that first. I understand establishing allies but what does that word even mean? The definition of ally is one in helpful association with another. If only one is doing the helpfulness this is not a true ally.
