Juice Fast
My husband and I have watched several documentaries and have done a lot of research the past year. We have been on tons of diets and tried toning exercises. But what it all comes down to is "quick fad diets" are not the way to be healthier and tone your body. You cant count calories or only eat certain foods because your body doesnt understand the change and if you do fail your diet it will all come back. Its all about eating right. We have found the juice fast but it is tuned to our lifestyle, budget and support. We started today once we had gotten a Black and Decker juicer. I had a juice called a strawberry banana ginger. It was so delicious. My husband had a spinach apple carrot juice mix. He loves it. Granted we will be drinking these for the next 30 days we had to find juice recipes with ingredients we like. We will be drinking these juices for the next 30 days excluding any unhealthy foods. However you cant get meat into a juice and taste good so every Friday we will have a healthy dinner meal. For example, baked boneless skinless chicken breasts cut up into an olive oil salad with turkey burgers on wheat bread with only veggies and mustard. Its also important to drink 8 glasses of water a day. Everything we are drinking or eating is ALL ORGANIC. It is a tad hard to find organic in the winter but lucky us Safeway has everything organic. Walmart did not. I will keep you posted on the events of the next few days to the last on day 30. If you have an interest in doing this juice fast or a comment dont hesitate to post it to me.
